At Basket Chicks, every gift is thoughtfully curated with care, quality, and connection in mind. We want you (and your recipient) to love your gift! If something isn’t quite right, our return policy is below.

🛍️ Standard Return Policy

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

  • A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

To preserve the integrity of our curated gifts:
No returns or exchanges on customized or personalized gifts, including:

  • Gift baskets with custom branding or personalization

  • Add-ons with printed names, company logos, or tailored design elements

  • Custom order build-your-own basket selections

  • Perishable or hygiene-related products (ex: bath products, lotions, soaps, food items)


🔁 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received an incorrect order:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  2. Send a photo of the issue to info@BasketChicks.com

  3. We’ll promptly arrange a replacement or resolution
